I could have sworn I posted about the Austin Axe Murderer, Austin, Tx’s equivalent to Jack The Ripper, but going through the archives that turns out to not be the case. Well, good thing. I didn’t know this until recently, but the serial killer was actually called the Servant Girl Annihilator which is a much cooler name by far, probably the coolest serial killer title I’ve ever heard. But I may be biased with some sort of grotesque, misguided Austinite pride.

Also, apparently, the title was bestowed on him by O Henry. No shit.

Turns out, there is apparently a tour available through Austin Ghost Tours. It’s $20 tho. If I can find an excuse to turn it into a date or something, maybe I’ll review it.
