Was shopping at Retro Game Trader in Beaverton, Oregon and realized I clearly would be unable to leave without this amazing miniature Gauntlet arcade machine they had on display.

Turns out this one in particular is part of a series handcrafted by Justin Whitlock (Flickr, Facebook). Scale-wise, they appear about GI-Joe sized, and they run about $25-30 apiece.

They don’t function, but if you want a working one (but larger scale and with no decals), you can purchase the Cupcade for about $160:
