This Kickstarter for an 8-bit combination video and audio synth is well past it’s goal, but you may consider pitching in to get in on early sales. It has the ability to replicate NSTC composite pixel displays reminiscent of the NES and Sega Master System. It is also able to perform tiling and sprites for the full classic pixel art-experience.
Besides video work, the device has a simple built-in synthesizer with two square wave generators and a dual-mode noise channel. Like the video, it can all be manipulated real-time through midi control. Super cool project.
